    Oracle’s two marketing automation tools are used for different use cases. Oracle Responsys is for B2C customers and Oracle Eloqua is for B2B customers.

    Oracle Marketing automation tools are very difficult to use. Responsys can’t be handled by a Marketer alone, you need a technical resource to handle that tool. Marketers life is difficult with Responsys. But Eloqua is somewhat better tool than Responsys.

    Responsys used for B2C marketing. Eloqua for B2B marketing.
