Responsys’s Prepare and Send feature Personalizes and builds email messages ahead of time to ensure that they are ready at the specified time. This is useful when the campaign must be sent at a specific time, such as a flash sale.
Prepare Campaign properties
Campaign Prepare–the campaign to prepare. This must be the same campaign specified in the Send Email Campaign activity.
Campaign send time–the time to move the messages to Send Email Campaign or the Timer.

Incase if you have to send emails to more number of people at a same time, this feature comes in handy. It will prepare your email personalisation, once you click on Send button it will reach to everyone’s inbox instantly. There will no time delay, this is very useful during flash sale offers.
